📝 How to Fill UPSC CMS 2026 Online Form

  • Live Photo Required : Candidate must capture live photo during application.
  • One Time Registration (OTR) : It is mandatory to register on UPSC OTR portal before applying. Applications without OTR will not be accepted.
  • Apply between : 11 March 2026 to 31 March 2026 (up to 06:00 PM).
  • Exam Centre Choice : Apply early to get your preferred exam city. If a city appears red in the list, it means seats are full for that centre.
  • Final Printout : After successful submission, take a printout of the application form for future reference.
