- Method 1 (PET login): Login with PET Registration Number, Date of Birth, Gender, Domicile & Category.
- Method 2 (OTP login): Login using UPSSSC PET 2025 Registration Number and OTP password.
- After login, your personal details, photo & signature will auto-fill. Fill the post-specific information.
- Pay application fee of ₹25 through SBI I Collect or E-Challan.
- Preview all columns carefully before final submission.
- Take a printout of the finally submitted form for future reference.
